About One Call Only Inc.
We are a professional facility service provider in Calgary, specializing in commercial and office cleaning. We were incorporated in 2019 but have been offering our services since 2003.
Our diversified services include commercial cleaning, floor care (including strip and wax), hard floor polishing, and carpet cleaning. We also render painting and handyman services for our clients.
From our office at Shepherd Industrial, Calgary, we serve clients across Cochrane, Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere, and the surrounding areas.
Our hours of operations are Monday to Friday from 9 am till 5 pm.
The One Call Only Inc. Difference
One aspect that makes us second to none is that our team of four experienced employees maintain administration and quality assurance. They liaise with fifteen independent licensees that are experts in cleaning, floor care, landscaping, and handyman jobs.
What also sets us apart is that we are reliable and take accountability for our work. It has led to successfully servicing over three-hundred buildings across Calgary, including large commercial retail chains.
We started by looking after the IKEA stores in Etobicoke and Lesly. Daily maintaining the showrooms, kitchens and floors, enhanced our knowledge and passion for facility services. Our association with IKEA also helped us secure huge contracts with No-Frills, Costco, Food Basic, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Sobeys.
Consequently, one of our most significant accomplishments has been an exterior painting project we performed for Safeway Supermarkets across Alberta. Safeway changed its brand colors in 2006, and we painted the outside walls and roof of eight supermarkets.
Another noteworthy achievement was receiving recognition from Cloverdale as one of the fastest-growing painting companies in Calgary based on supplies purchased. It made us proud as Coverdale is considered one of the largest painting suppliers in Canada.
Our dream for the future is to position ourselves among the five biggest facility service providers in our region. In this endeavor, we aim to win more contracts from retail and commercial customers.
We also believe in giving back to society, and as part of that belief, we support the Calgary Cancer Society for Kid.
